The
St. Valentine's Doubles tournament was on February 15-17 at
the Athletic Club of Bloomingdale. In the Open division Bill
Mehilos and Dave Munson upset the number one seed, Dane and
Adam Szatkowski 21-18, 5-21, 11-10 in the finals. They also
beat the number two seed, Shane Conneely and Michael Finnegan
in the semis. Ryan Maloney and Brian Neveau of Wisconsin upset
the number one seed in the A division, Sean Conneely and Bernie
Sullivan. They went on to beat Bob Tutlewski and Scott Rosenthal
in the finals. Conneely and Sullivan rebounded and beat Gary
Danno and Jeff Gerota in the B finals.
