Entry Fee:​$50.00/player - $100.00/team

Divisions:​A​ / B / Women​ /50+ years / 60+ years / 70+ years    

​Please note:​

1. U.S.H.A. Rules Apply  Eyeguards are mandatory

2. First round matches to 15 points, tie breaker to 11 pending number of entries.

3. Tournament committee reserves right to reclassify teams.

4. No refund after the draw is made; entry deadline Tuesday, 8/1
